Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be displayed on the courier’s website. Be assured your item is on the way.
Incorrect delivery address provided
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible to have this amended. We ask that you take care when entering your address, as we are not liable for any delay in the delivery of your products.
We can only deliver within Australia. All our products are dispatched from Melbourne.
We are unable to deliver to a P.O BOX address, please provide a physical address when making your purchase.
Signing for delivery
It is at the discretion of the courier to leave your products in a safe location if no signature can be acquired. Where no safe location is available, a ‘We Missed You Card’ will be left to explain other delivery options.
Delivery Process Once your order is placed, we will dispatch your goods within 2 working days of receiving payment. You will then receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
You will be able to track your order from dispatch, right to your front door. Please allow around 48 hours for your tracking code to be active on the courier’s website.
We at OH MY Mattress, are unable to guarantee a delivery day or time. Please refer to delivery estimations below. You can track your order using the tracking information provided.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. You can do this via email at firstname.lastname@example.org Please include your full name, order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will get back to you as soon they can. Please note that we run a fast dispatching system, we cannot cancel orders that have been dispatched. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
If we can successfully cancel your order, a 10% cancellation fee of the total purchase will apply. In the rare occasion that we must cancel your order, no fees will be charged.
All our products come with a minimum of 12 months warranty, unless specified otherwise.
Not covered in our warranty - Normal fair use of the item overtime.

Damaged Goods or Faulty Products
Please email as us soon as possible. Check your order within 2 days of delivery to confirm there has been no damage while in transit. We will need your full name, order number, and images/video showing us what the issues are.
Timeframe to resolve You should expect a written response from OH MY Mattress within 3 working days. We will let you know if more information is required. Depending on the type of issue; part refund, return or replacement may be issued.
Returning a product
Should a product need to be returned to us, we will send you the return address with a prepaid slip for your convenience.
At OH MY Mattress, we follow Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
Due to health and safety, change of mind can only be offered if products remain unused and in their original unopened packaging. Any exchange due to change of mind must be done within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the costs for return of your items.
Out of stock
We try our best to keep our stock levels up to date. In the odd occasion we have sold out of a product, we will email you with the expected ETA or offer the option of a full refund.
Price Match We do not price match. We do however, offer finance options like Afterpay.
We try to deliver everywhere. Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions, this isn’t always possible. Some locations are free for delivery. Please calculate your delivery at the checkout.
Our pricing is continuously changing depending on stock/sales/demand. We at OH MY Mattress are a deal based online store and the price may change at any time. Lock in your price when checking out.
Please make sure you read the full product description when making your purchase. Be aware that we use stage lighting. So, depending on the resolution of your phone/laptop colours may be slightly different than what they appear. In rare cases where you feel the website imaging does not reflect the product, please contact us at email@example.com Include pictures and outline the differences you see. Product naming is designed to help easily identify different items. We currently use Deep Dream and Gisselle Bedding as our preferred suppliers.
While we don’t currently have a showroom. We do have offices in Queensland. Our products are located in Melbourne and we have partnered with our suppliers to send them directly to you - saving you time and money.
